To use honey effectively, you should use one to two tablespoons of high quality, organic honey, and apply it generously to the face and neck, before slowly massaging into the skin for a minute or two. Next, leave this mask on your face for 15-20 minutes before rinsing with water. You should aim to do this every other day.
Egg whites are high in anti-ageing properties, thanks to the high levels of omega 3 fatty acids, proteins and zinc. Egg whites are one of the most popular natural anti-ageing ingredients and are well known for helping to tighten the skin, which makes it firm and smooth, making you appear younger than your years.

In order to make an effective anti ageing mask, you will need two teaspoons of yoghurt, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 vitamin E capsule and a pinch of turmeric. Simply mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, honey and turmeric together, before adding the oil from the vitamin E capsule. Mix well and apply this mixture all over your face.
