Effective homemade remedies to cure your migraine

Chamomile

A study has suggested that fasting for long periods of time was actually one of the most commonly reported triggers for migraines, so avoiding this can help with the frequency that you might experience migraines, as well as generally improving your quality of life.

Try and eat your meals at the same time every day, and include lean protein in every meal to keep your blood sugar level. On top of this, make sure you are drinking plenty of water with and in between your meals in order to stay hydrated, as this is another common reason for migraines.

Sleep

Having a good night sleep can do wonders for treating a migraine. Changes in your sleep pattern can be a huge contributing factor in triggering migraines. A lack of sleep will affect your hormone levels, and your stress levels, which are again huge and really common migraine triggers.

If you suffer from migraines on a regular basis, you might find it beneficial to be consistent about when you go to bed and when you get up. If possible, try and aim to get seven or eight hours of sleep every night.
