It is estimated that one in three people in the UK have an addiction to something. Although addiction is commonly associated with things like gambling, drugs, alcohol and cigarettes, it is possible to have an addiction to absolutely anything.

If you feel you do have an addiction to an activity or an item, you should consult your doctor or local relevant charities. It’s ok to admit you have an addiction and most importantly, it’s okay to ask for help too.
